SPACE DESCRIPTION : The rented space includes two different areas to give you a complete experience on your stay. The first area is the whole second floor where is the following: access to the 4 comfortable beds and their spacious rooms (8 guests max) most of them with walking closet for those who bring many baggage 🧳🙂. The four rooms have a/c inverter units to guarantee a fresh night to sleep. There is also: two complete bathrooms: one in the master room and one in the hallway, a balcony from master room, 55” HD tv on master room, and a family room/area with 50” LED tv. Two closets (one in a room and one in the corridor) are closed during the stay because are used as service/storage closets. We do the laundry but in case you have any unplanned need, the laundry area has washer and dryer. For convenience at the second floor we accommodate a small refrigerator, a microwave and a k-pod coffee maker for those cravings from last minute. Once you enter thru the main entrance door there is what we call the receiving area (another living room), to the right the stairs to go up ⬆️ and a new exit door to the side corridor for access to the pool area. As part of your rent in the back of first floor you will have access to the pool area 🏊‍♀️ 💦 thru the gate at the right side of house or thru the new door mentioned before. Pool has depth from 3’ to 6’ and the pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. without exceptions. Our concept is to promote the local businesses and restaurants staying in a comfortable and warm house to rest and avoiding the cooking responsibility of a typical day. For that reason, we prepare a complete guide with recommendations of what to do and where you must go to enjoy our food. But if you want to cook your own food 🥘 you have also the facilities. Adjacent to pool area is available a room with all kitchen appliances in case you want to cook every day or in a special occasion. Access of the kitchen is from pool area (have no access from interior). Also an additional bathroom (the third one) is available for your use while you are enjoying this area. The described space and amenities as the pool, open terrace and outdoor furniture are exclusive for the guests use during all the stay. In the first floor we have a separate apartment for our own use with access only thru the garage door (our parking). We just expect rules are complied otherwise have no interaction with guests unless requested, and privacy is totally guaranteed. The intention of these rules is to ensure your stay is pleasant at the same time is integrated to our community agreements. ✅ Guest access 1) Laundry available for reservations of one-week term. 2) Pool access from 9am to 6pm. 3) Kitchen preferably no later than 9pm.
