Carl’s Mountain Belle is outfitted with everything needed for a one of a kind glamping experience. Amenities include-fresh water supply, electrical outlet , keurig, cooler, firewood, Blackstone grill, hammock, a camp shower, and camp toilet. We are conveniently located minutes from Long Creek SC, 20 minutes from Rabun County GA and one hour from Highlands NC. Come see what these mountains have to offer- restaurants, shopping, golf, hiking trails, waterfalls, and rafting the Chattooga River! The space Park and walk a short distance to access this mountain retreat. The tent is in a private setting but not entirely secluded. There are also 2 campers on the property that are NOT visable from the tent site. Located in the forest, the bell tent is shaded for most of the day but will warm up as the day progresses. Outdoor excursions are recommended during the hottest part of the day. Fans are provided for warm days and heaters for cool nights. If you should need anything during your stay, there are a few options locally - The Long Creek General Store is a small gas station with a lot of essentials for sale and also small deli is 2 miles/ 5 minutes away Dollar general in Mountain rest is 10 miles and roughly 15 minutes away Clayton Ga is 14 miles/ 25 minutes away and has multiple restaurants, Walmart, and Ingles Guest access Guests will have access to parking area and tent site only Other things to note If planning to use the blackstone grill, please familiarize yourself with use and cleanup.
