The space Upstairs is carpeted with the larger bedroom having a queen size bed with 4 pillows, a chest of drawers with a Panasonic TV with a Amazon fire stick, a comfy chair and mirror. The bedroom window faces the north with room darkening blinds, the two bedside tables have outlets for charging phones and devices, closet with hangers and shelf space. The second bedroom, the music room named for the large CD collection which can be played on the Bose cd player. This room has a double size futon, a light end table with a plug-in for charging phones and devices, bedding stored in the closet. The closet with hangers has storage cubes for clothes rather then a dresser. This room can double as a office space and hangout room. The dining area and the two bedrooms also have ceiling fans. The downstairs would lead to a garage and pantry area but the owners have these areas closed to guests. There also is room for two vehicles parking parallel to the garage in the back under balcony but you would have to walk around to front of building. Guest access The unit is accessible to a shared entrance with another condo, make sure the outer exterior door is closed tightly. Once in the entry to your right you will enter using the code provided on checkin on numbered key pad entry. Guests have access to all areas except the locked pantry at bottom of stairs and the single stall attached garage. Other things to note No smoking or vaping is allowed in or near the unit. This includes medical smoking materials. No pets are allowed in unit or yard or balcony. Be mindful to residents living in the complex with noise levels.
