Enjoy a relaxing getaway for one or a whole family in beautiful Brookings, Oregon. This recently remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is just a short walk away from Harris Beach or less than 2 miles by car. All Sports Park is across the street & there's a playground within 1 block. You'll also find other beaches, stores, restaurants, and a movie theater within biking distance. The space The front yard is mostly fenced and the backyard is all fenced. There is a new deck out back with new lounging furniture and fire pit Guest access You may access all of the house. There is a portion of the master bedroom closet that is locked but you can use the other side. There is an owners closet in kitchen area that has barn doors. This should only be accessed by owners. There is a guest closet in the hall that has extra supplies and towels and cleaning products under each bathroom sink and kitchen sink. The utility closet is located next to the hallway near kitchen/dining area. Other things to note There are games and such in the Bunk Room closet, top shelf. Please be advised there are small items in some of the games & not suitable for small children. If you have suggestions for us on how to make this an even better vacay rental we are all ears.
