Enjoy the spectacular view of Lower Mystic Lake as you sit on the front porch or relax on the spacious rear deck. The space The apartment features a private entrance, 2 large bedrooms w/blackout shades (1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, pull-out leather couch, memory foam mattresses, quality bedding). The 2nd bedroom has a desk & very comfortable desk chair with ample closet space in both bedrooms. The bathroom is stocked with plush towels and plant-based toiletries; shower gel, shampoo, body lotion. A cozy lounge with large smart TV and sound bar, pull-out leather couch, fast WiFi, and beautiful view of the lake. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and in-unit laundry will make your stay feel like home! We offer earth-friendly products, and an armoire with adult board games and fun items for children. The unit is heated and cooled throughout using mini split systems. Guest access Fully private first floor unit. Access Private front entrance with 8 steps from the sidewalk with 2 handrails. Rear deck via a rear common hallway. This area is for your enjoyment only- also a second exit and shared access to the parking spaces. Other things to note Parking - One off-street parking space is included. Street parking is easily available between 7am-1am in front of the unit, or nearby. 2nd off-street parking may be possible at $10 additional per day. We ask that you notify us if you will need to use the pullout couch during your stay so it will be prepared. A $20 fee will be charged for its use for a party of 4 or less guests.
