The house is cozy and comfortable, decorated with eclectic touches and antiques. It is within a short walking distance from the Amtrak station and the public access to the Greenbrier River. (If train noise and a train horn bothers you, this may not be the place for you). Personally, I love the sight and sound of the train, even at night! I think there’s something exciting about the sound of the train. The front is located on a street setting, the back has a large yard and small stream. The space The house is in a peaceful setting with lots of room to roam inside and out. You can play in the back yard and enjoy the sunshine on the back deck and the sweet little stream flowing through. You could plan a trip to spend a lazy day on the Greenbrier River, walk to the local restaurant. Enjoy watching the train come by and just kick back and relax. As an added bonus: If you have a larger crew who are traveling in campers or RV’s. I do have space available for those. Call or text me about that. Guest access The house is yours during your stay. Please treat it with respect. I may have some inner tubs, boats etc. that you may be able to borrow if you are planning a day on the River. Other things to note TV’s have been provided as well as a DVD player. The TVs work on a firestick, so if you watch Netflix etc. you will need your own account for those. Boats, life jackets, etc, drop off/pick up is available at the Greenbrier River Campground just down the road about 5 miles.
