The space No need to bring your RV! The 40 foot Triton toy hauler fifth wheel has everything you need for a comfortable RR getaway! The master bedroom has a queen bed, tons of closet space and a TV. The master bath has a full, large shower with skylight. The toy hauler is accessed by a separate door through the living area or from outside. This is rare for most campers as it allows for a secondary private sleeping area equipped with 2 queen bunks that can also be arranged to 1 bunk and a dining table or just used as a dining room. There is a secondary half bath and your own TV. In the main living area there is an additional single loft bed over the living room. The couch in the living area does not turn into a bed but is oversized, all reclining and very comfortable if needed to sleep on or to lounge to watch TV! All TVs in the RV are smart TV’s and have basic cable. However the WiFi in the park that is available for purchase can be limited if the park is crowded. You can use your cell service to create a hot spot for the TV’s but cellular service does vary by carrier. The modern kitchen is equipped with basic cutlery, dishes and cookware as well as a Keurig coffee pot and enough pods to get you started!! There is a gas cooktop, toaster oven, refrigerator/ freezer and double sink. Do not use the oven in the RV. The toaster oven is provided and there is propane burners as well as the outdoor cooking space for your use. Beach towels, extra bedding and bath linens are also supplied. Outside the camper is just as comfortable as the inside! There is a built in grill, fireplace and sink available for your entertaining and enjoyment! Grill tools and fire tools are provided. There is multiple seating areas and a gas glass fire pit! Guest access The lot is very private and shaded and is yours to enjoy. There is a shed with extra outdoor seating and cushions as well as a leaf blower available for your use. Other things to note This site includes a golf cart for your use. All drivers must be included in the reservation request and must be at least 16 years old. Golf cart is only for use within river ranch rv resort and Westgate property. Golf cart is not to be removed from the property under any circumstances. All community speed limits and rules must be obeyed. The charging cable for golf cart is stored in the outdoor shed. The golf cart should be plugged in and charged over night and whenever not in use. The cart will hold its charge for about a day but if being used a lot will need to be re charged at some point during the day to ensure it stays charged. It is recommended whenever not using the cart to plug it back in!
