Community Fee is for Parking $60 : Two Parking Spaces located right next to cottage 2.) Security cameras on the premises for safety purposes. Ring camera located outside the front door and Google cameras are located outside the front of the house (facing the parking spaces)and back of home outside above the deck area. 3.) Pet Friendly: Pet Fee is $300. If the daily rate is less than $300, we will request the pet fee through AirBNB resolution. This fee covers the extra cleaning and the required COA dog fee in the Rookery III community. You'll receive a dog tag/leash after the pet fee is paid and the pet is registered on our portal. Fines are $100 per day without dog tag.
