We use unscented, dye free laundry detergent and paper products with recycled content. The space Entry is side door on ground level. Park in the driveway. Large light living room with comfy sitting area and kitchenette. Microwave, coffee maker, fridge & freezer, water boiler, dishes. Separate bedroom with queen bed. Bathroom with shower (no tub) and laundry. Extra twin mattress is available on request. 2nd kid sleeping on the couch is OK. Just ask and I'll set out extra bedding before you arrive. Families are welcome but please note the space is not baby proof- there are plants and breakable decor. You are welcome to use the washer, dryer, iron, ironing board which are in the space. Please only use the supplied unscented detergent- thank you! Guest access Private entrance to main level apartment. You will need to walk across the grass of the front yard to enter through the side door. I hope to install pavers at some point soon! We live upstairs. Other things to note If you are bringing bikes, you can lock them in the shed in the backyard. It has a combo lock- code will be in the apartment. There is an outside water tap on the far side of the garage if you need to wash down a muddy bike. Beach towels are available in the bathroom closet if you are heading to Lake Superior!
