Quaint rustic cabin with direct access to Otter Creek trail system! Single room has sleeping for up to 4 (2 full beds). Sheets, blankets, pillows not provided. Microwave, Keurig, mini fridge, and wash basin available. Water spicket outside. Portable toilet nearby. Outdoor heated water shower For horses, two adjoined paddocks w/run ins and up to 6 box stalls are included. Bring your own buckets, hay, grain, bedding if desired. Property is aimed at those horse camping, but open to all! This single room cabin has bunk beds with super comfy full size memory foam mattresses. Appliances include a mini fridge with freezer, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. Beside the cabin is a very clean and well maintained portable toilet in which we have added LED lighting. Behind the cabin is a gorgeous outdoor shower and changing room. The shower uses a propane heater for endless hot water, and also has LED lighting. There are a picnic table and fire pit in front of the cabin, with a complimentary endless supply of fire wood. Your horses will enjoy two large board fence paddocks with areas of cover, and 6 board style covered box stalls. An outdoor water hydrant and hose is readily available for watering or bathing horses. Access to the Independence Trail is literally a stone's throw away! Come enjoy your vacation time at this private and well equipped cabin. We have no minimum stay, we do not charge by number of people or horses, and we have no curfew or "quiet hours." We just ask that you keep it reasonable! Depending upon other bookings, we may be able to offer early check in and/or late departure - please inquire if needed with your travel plans!
