The furnishings are all new, the property has a nice size front yard, birds are abundant and the area is peaceful and safe. Guest access There is a quiet street in front of the house. We have street parking with a paved path leading to the house. There is a park about 3 minutes walking distance and a beautiful walking trail as well. Other things to note There can be use of the front yard including the lounge chairs and iron fire pit made available for our guests to enjoy. Bluetooth Speaker available as well. Enjoy!
