Perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The space The property features two bedrooms, providing ample room for you and your guests to relax and unwind. The downstairs bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the upstairs loft-style bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and its own bathroom. The open concept kitchen, complete with modern appliances, seamlessly connects the dinning room, creating a perfect space for cooking and enjoying meals together. A full bathroom downstairs offers both a bathtub and a standing shower, ensuring your comfort and convenience. The living room offers space to lounge and spend quality time with loved ones. Additionally, there is an office room where you can catch up on work or enjoy a quiet space for reading and studying. Lastly, in the backyard there is a jacuzzi where you can immerse yourself in the warm, bubbling water and let your worries melt away. Guest access During your stay, you will have access to the entire house. However, please note that while there is no fee for using the jacuzzi, we kindly request that you check in with the host if you plan to use it, to ensure availability and make any necessary preparations. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, so please feel free to reach out to the host with any questions or concerns about the jacuzzi or any other amenities. Other things to note As a dedicated host, my priority is to ensure a fantastic stay and memorable experience for each guest. I want to take a moment to address a few important points regarding the listing. Firstly, the location has received overwhelmingly positive reviews, highlighting its peacefulness, privacy, great restaurants, beautiful surroundings, and a range of activities to enjoy. However, there have been a few reviews mentioning bland surroundings, noise, and limited options for activities. Additionally, it's important to address the issue of loud music that originates from a sports bar nearby called "Flow," which opened a few months ago. Unfortunately, I have no control over the volume of music they play on Fridays and Saturdays. While we are actively working on improving the yard, please note that it is an ongoing process that will take some time.
