The space A very spacious 1414 Sq ft, private, finished basement with 2 large bedrooms, full bathroom, large living room & kitchen with its own separate entrance. • The 1st bedroom has a queen bed, 40" TV with Chromecast, mini split with A/C & Heat, Ceiling Fan & a window that opens. • The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with twin mattress on the top and full mattress below, 32" TV with Chromecast, mini split with A/C & Heat, full sized dresser, window that opens, full-sized walk-in closet, an extra twin sized cot stored in there if needed. • The Living Room - sofa has a full size pull-out bed, and tons of books and games located in the built-in shelves, 60” TV with Chromecast, a dedicated workspace, seating area, large dining table. • The Kitchen – comes fully equipped with a Mini Fridge (fridge/freezer), Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven (fits 2 pizzas), Full size Microwave, Sink, Electric Cooktop, Cookware, Cooking Utensils, Dishware, Window that opens. • Full sized bathroom with a large stand up shower, double sink vanity with plenty of cabinet space underneath, bathroom heater & window that opens. Guest access You have your own private entrance to the basement with keyless entry. There is a large fenced backyard, it is a shared space with the host.
