Please check the appropriate signage for rates, length of stay, and time restrictions. Note that there is NO guarantee of free parking with your reservation. Accessibility: This unit is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator in the building. Guest access Upon arrival, guests can conveniently check in and access the apartment via a dedicated lockbox. The apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so feel free to relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Other things to note No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as decks, entryways or patios. Guests found smoking will incur a $250 fine plus damages and will face automatic cancellation of their reservation, along with reporting to Airbnb. No Parties or Unauthorized Guests: Parties are not allowed on the premises. Any unauthorized guests or parties will result in a $500 fine, automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to Airbnb.
