You will be right across from Barker's Island Marina on Highway 2 and will get a great view of the Lake and gorgeous Marina. This home sleeps ten and has comfortable Nectar Beds, plenty of lounging space and a full kitchen! Cozy up and watch your favorite shows on our Smart TV or head out to enjoy the Northland as you are just minutes away from all the fun! this area has to offer! The space This is an open and spacious split-level home. The upper level has ample seating in a lounge like setting with view of the marina, a cozy fireplace, a dining room with accommodations for up to ten guests, a well-stocked kitchen with a microwave, stove and double oven, a full bathroom and two bedrooms - one King bed and the other with a queen. The beds have comfortable Nectar Mattresses. The lower level continues with a vibey lounge-like setting including a high-top pub table, conversational seating area with a fireplace and Smart Fire TV. You will also find an entertaining area with a second fridge, sink and countertops. Also, a secondary seating area with a queen-sized sofa sleeper and two chairs. Lower level bedroom features two Queen Nectar Beds. Another full bathroom is found on this level as well as the laundry room with washer and dryer. Outside off the dining room is a walkout deck leading to a fenced in back yard. Guest access You will have access to the whole house with exception of the Garage. Other things to note You are conveniently located just off of Highway 2. This is a one-way situation. The driveway is a horseshoe shape and sneaks up quickly as you approach. There is a street lamp pole just before the corner of the driveway, and a short yard light on a pole on the opposite side of the drive. Both the entrance and the exit are directly off of the main road and traffic can be heavy at times. Arrival and departure from the property are only possible from the east bound lane of Highway 2.There is room for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Two cars in front of the garage door and two in the loop section. This would be maximum and could also make maneuvering and pulling straight out of the driveway back onto to the Highway difficult. Backing out of the driveway is not advised.
