This spacious home is located in southeast Dallas, off highway 20 by St. Augustine. It is about 25 minutes away from Lovefield airport and 30 minutes away from DFW airport. This space is perfect for the whole family or small groups to have a relaxing time. The space Peaceful, relaxing, and spacious describes our space, and our hope is for you to enjoy your stay. Please see details below. First floor: -Living room with TV and bed-sofa -Full spacious kitchen with dining table. Kitchen has a Keurig coffee machine for coffee lovers, and we added a few cooking items, dinnerware, and cutlery. -Half bathroom -Coat closet -Washer and dryer -Pantry -Garage with a ping pong table. There’s some bats and balls to get you started with. Upstairs: -Spacious full bathroom, with an open linen closet. -Master bedroom features a King bed, spacious bathroom with double vanity sink and large walk-in closet. There’s also a small sofa and dresser in the room. -Second bedroom has a Queen bed, spacious walk-in closet, and a dresser and mirror. -Third bedroom also has a Queen bed and walk-in closet. -The fourth bedroom has an ironing board, a decorative lamp, and two office chairs. This could be a flex room to hang out or sleep in. Other things to note There’s a front porch and driveway at the back.
