Located on all-sports Pleasant Lake, our lake retreat offers room for the whole family to come together. The 270 acre, crystal clear lake offers year-round entertainment, including swimming, boating, fishing, bird watching, ice skating, snowmobiling, and ice fishing. Hiking, local hidden gems, and a golf course located nearby make this lake home the perfect place to be during every season. The house is situated next to a park and offers water-faring amenities such as kayaks and paddle boards. The space Lakefront property located on Pleasant Lake, next to Pleasant Lake Campground and park. Downstairs, in the main house, there's an open living room with gorgeous lake views and full panorama windows. You'll find two bedrooms on this floor sharing a bathroom. Off of the living room is a spacious deck equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, gas grill, and comfy patio furniture and umbrella. Upstairs there's a large primary bedroom with a sitting area, desk, and large walk-in closet and spacious en suite bathroom with soaking tub. Separate to the home above the garage, is a separate studio bedroom (Bedroom 4) complete with its own bathroom and pull-out couch. The cozy boathouse is located right by the water and makes for a fun place to relax, read books or enjoy a cold beverage. The kitchen is fully stocked with sharp knives, non-stick pans, most major appliances and even an air fryer. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor. Guests will be provided with bath and beach towels. There are plenty of board games and puzzles in the hall closet and the TVs are each equipped with a Firestick that has access to Prime Video and Netflix. Lake access behind the house is shallow, sandy-bottomed and crystal clear. There is a natural spring two houses down that creates the perfect water year-round. Kayaks and paddle boards included with the rental. Sorry, the pontoon is not available to rent. Although there is a major draw of the lake for the summer, the off-season can be just as amazing. Outside of summer, the park is closed and the area gets a bit quieter and more tranquil. The Fall colors across the lake are superb and you can even see the family of eagles that perch on the island. During the Winter, the lake hosts snowmobiling and ice fishing events. You can warm yourself by the indoor gas stove while watching the action across the lake. Springtime offers the first glimpses of the season and an increased activity in local wildlife. During your stay, you will be offered a guest book with detailed recommendations of local eateries and activities. Guest access The whole house, apartment and boat house.
