Welcome to Ollie's Getaway on Table Rock Lake. Whether you are coming during the redbuds and dogwoods in bloom in the spring, to take part in lake sports in the summer, the maple trees in the fall, or to cozy up by the fire in the winter, this home is for every season. When you are ready to venture out for some excitement, we are situated perfectly between Eureka Springs, AR and Branson, MO. After a day of adventures, head back to relax in the hot tub. The space Perfect for couples or families, each bedroom in this 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home has its own en suite bathroom, walk in closet, and private balcony or deck to watch the sunset from this lakefront home. The downstairs bedroom has a king sized bed, with the two upstairs bedrooms both being queen sized. There is a futon in the loft that sleeps an additional 2 people. Guest access Guests will have access via a smart lock with self check in. You will have access to all areas of the home with the exception of the garage. We have some fun ideas planned for the garage space, but it is not accessible at this time. Other things to note This home is in a brand new development, on a gravel road, with bit of a hill at the entrance. The road can be a bit washed out and bumpy at times if there has been heavy rain. There should be no issues getting up or down the road, but I would not advise driving a very low riding vehicle with little clearance. While the road will be smoothed out over time, and we hope paved one day once all the new homes are finished, we currently do not have any control over the shared road in the community. While the home is lakefront, it is not flat terrain. Although you CAN walk to the water, and we have many times, it is steep and rocky. We advise enjoying the view from above. Table Rock Lake is owned by the Corps of Engineers, so we do not have any control over vegetation or waterfront conditions beyond the "white line." If you chose to hike down to the water to fish or swim, you do so at your own risk. Instead, sit back on the deck, and enjoy the scenery around you.
