Pet Friendly! Small one bedroom ground floor apartment. Handicap accessible bathroom. This unit has a Private fenced side yard, a full size sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress in the living room. Freshly remodeled with new flooring, appliances, paint and furniture. Its very comfortable. The space Pet friendly! One bedroom downstairs apartment with large bathroom and well stocked kitchen. This comfortable updated apartment has all new appliances, furniture, bed and linens. It has its own private fenced in yard located just outside the living room. The Den is quiet, secure and easily accessible right off the sidewalk. Location is walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, deli and grocery store. Pull through parking at the side of building for boats or UTV trailers. There is plenty of parking spaces in the front of building. The private side yard shares a fence line with my yard at the back of the building. I have 2 older very friendly golden retrievers named Breslin and Brandi and a little black Spaniel named Lily Pad. If you sit out there or have a pet of your own expect the occasional friendly bark and curious noses just on the other side of the fence. Guest access Guests have full access to the parking areas, side yard, the private fenced yard and the laundry room. The apartment you rent is one of only 3 in a large building so it will give you plenty of privacy and the building itself is very quiet. Other things to note The building is quite large. The downstairs back portion which is not accessible to guests is where I live. The space has been completely remodeled through the years. All the apartments are equipped with institutional grade fire alarms. The exterior and common hallways along with the laundry room are monitored with security cameras. No cameras are inside any of the apartments. We have a hydronic heat system so no noisy or dusty air ducts. There is a large space for parking. Excellent water pressure. A free laundry room that guests are welcome to use. This apartment has full size appliances and a dishwasher making cooking and cleaning up a breeze. After all that's why we book a place with a kitchen! The Den is designed and comfortable for two people. But can accommodate up to 4. There is a pull out sofa with an additional tri-fold memory foam mattress, bedding and pillows in a handy zippered bag tucked inside the main bedroom closet. There is seating for 4 in the living room and a rolling island in the kitchen that doubles as a dining table for 4. The fold out kitchen stools are in the coat closet in the kitchen. There are two set up underneath the table for ease of use
