It can accommodate families, couples and groups. There’s a cedar barrel wood-burning sauna to relax in, a floating porch right on the water and a barn workshop that adds to the ambiance. The house was built in 1920 and we fully renovated it over two years keeping original charm and adding modern luxury fixtures throughout. From handmade Morrocan tiles, to plush upholstery, vintage lighting from the flea market in Jaffa, hardwood cabinetry, granite counters and brass taps, every detail was thought through to restore the home’s airy woodsy atmosphere. Master bedroom boasts a King-size bed with high end Saatva mattress and organized linens. Second bedroom is a Queen also with high end mattress and organic linens. The sliding barn-door bathroom holds a refinished pristine claw-foot tub from 1913 and a glass-enclosed rain shower to enjoy. The enclosed mudroom with antique plush daybed and half bath lead out the door to the cabin, sauna and outdoor pleasures. Guest access Guests will have access to the farmhouse, sauna, floating porch, 5 acres of riverfront land and access to the river including our charming swimming hole. Guest will not have access to the inside of the barn which we use as a workshop.
