If that's not enough, your furry friends are welcome to join you on vacation, too. Not only does Southern Courtyard boast a fully fenced backyard, but it's also right next to La Estancia's community dog park. When bringing your pets, please keep in mind that there is a $50 pet fee and pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the house at any time. Master Suite - King bed, dresser, nightstand, chair, private access to back patio, ensuite bathroom. Master Ensuite Bathroom - Two sink vanity, sumptuous soaking tub, beautifully tiled walk-in shower, private toilet room, walk-in closet, complimentary shampoo, soap & conditioner. Guest Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, nightstand, chair, closet, private access to front patio. Guest Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, nightstand, chair, closet, private access to front patio. Guest Bathroom - Vanity, tub/shower combination, complimentary shampoo, soap & conditioner. Laundry Room - Full capacity washer & dryer, complimentary laundry detergent & fabric softener, laundry sink, ironing board. Front Patio - Enclosed, two tables & chairs, comfy outdoor furniture. Backyard - Fully fenced, gravel area and grass area, outdoor dining table with seating for six, outdoor seating with propane firepit, propane grill. Garage - Two car. Guest access The clubhouse is just a short walk away and offers a communal indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, game room, and outdoor pavilion. Clubhouse and pool hours are 5AM to 11PM. The outdoor pool is closed for the winter from November 1st to the last week in May, weather permitting. The dog park is right next door to the home. Other things to note Again, this property is a pet-friendly property and does require a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy. It's important to note that there are VERY strict CC&R's established in the La Estancia neighborhood. For EACH day any of the rules are broken, you will be FINED anywhere from $100 to $500, depending on the rule. Rules for La Estancia Community: - There is NO parking on the street whatsoever! You're welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage. - If you bring ATV’s, they CANNOT be parked in the driveway and MUST be parked in the garage. - Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses. - Tenants may NOT invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities. - Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community. Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a $250 FEE to replace it. We offer a free concierge service with some great recommendations! Kanab is situated in the "Grand Circle" area and known as the "Hub of the Parks", centrally located among Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (77 miles), the Grand Canyon (North Rim - 80 miles). You can also visit Pipe Springs National Monument (21 miles), the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (15 miles), Vermilion Cliffs National Monument (77 miles), Coral Pink Sand Dunes (20 miles), Kodachrome Basin (93 miles), Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area (75 miles), the "Wave"/Paria Wilderness (50 miles), Horseshoe Bend (77 miles), Cedar Breaks National Monument (65 miles) and so much more.
