The house is very comfortable and easy to access with only 3 steps to the front door. The entire upstairs, and deck are exclusively yours. There is a separate studio apartment in the basement that may be occupied but is not part of this rental. This is our family home, so please respect our home and enjoy you stay. Guest access You will need a car for you visit in North Salem and are welcome to park in the driveway, please pull straight in and don't block the garage doors. Other things to note No parties permitted. We have a septic system so please be conscious of water usage and don't flush any products other than toilet paper. We have 2 fireplaces, please only use them if you have experience as we don't want to have any smoke issues. This is a smoke free home in all regards.
