Hi I'm Niu!! Welcome to my Swedish_Apartment !! This house is decorated by my husband and I. We have used airbnb to travel everywhere around the world and we love the concept and meeting new people. We hope to provide the same hospitality to those travel to Taiwan. Our house is situate right at the center of Taipei city. Need to walk some stairs, walking the stair is good for you. The space There are 4 independent rooms, We are prepare for infant and baby, we have a baby bed standing by you can ask for. There is a big living room space for guest to social and interact. It is perfect when you are traveling with a family and friends. The kitchen is well equipped, if you like to cook you will love it. Traditional market and supermarket is just right around the corner. Need to walk the stair to 4th floor, walking the stair is good for you. Guest access Bathroom basic supplies(big towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer)/TV/sofa/refrigerator/air conditioner/Wi-Fi/International universal socket/washing machine/kettle/fan/gas stove/kitchen tools(frying pan, soup pot, knife, flatware set,..etc)/dining table/baby cart Other things to note Check-in time: 15pm (additional charge $500TWD for late-check-in after midnight) Check-out time: 11am *No smoking inside the house. *No shoes inside the house, please take off your shoes and change indoor slippers. *Please follow the predetermined number of check-in, no visitors, strangers are permitted. *Please do not bring pets and illegal items. *Please bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. We provide body wash, shampoo and towels. *Please cherish all items in the house, we will charge for anything that is damaged. *This is a residential area, please keep your voice down after 10pm. *When leaving the house please shut down all air-conditioners, lights and water *Please take good care of the key, we will charge $600TWD when the key is lost. *Please place the recycle and trash in the separate bins. *We can provide extra mattress and will charge extra $450TWD for cleaning cost. Note! If neighbors ask you about who you are, please remember to refer yourselves as our friend from abroad, NOT AIRBNB Guest. Because of rules and regulations in Taiwan, only family members or friends of the households can stay in the house. It is not a hotel but your house in Taiwan.
