Our 4 Bed/4 Bath Airbnb is your perfect country getaway just 5 min from downtown Catskill and 15 min from Hudson. Inside you’ll feel like you stepped into a ski lodge with 20-foot, wood ceilings, and a roaring gas fireplace. Downstairs, we have a pool table, air hockey table, and a 75 inch TV. Our outside deck is perfect for morning coffee, grilling during the day, and picture-perfect Catskill sunsets. Golf Course next door, you can walk right over to play. This is different from City Water and City Sewer. We have a professional water treatment system at the home as well as a specific filtered water tap to the right of the kitchen sink. Being in the country means you will encounter bugs including ticks which are common in the Northeast and in wooded areas. No portable pools, blow up pools, kiddie pools are allowed because they will drain our water filtration system. Sleeping features: *Bedroom 1: 1 king bed, 1 queen pull out sofa. Top floor Master Suite that is OPEN CONCEPT, no door and wall to close this space off. OPEN CONCEPT MASTER overlooking the living room (keep in mind the master is open air with NO CLOSED WALL).
