Other things to note Our driveway can comfortably accommodate 2 vehicles. An EV charger (NACS & J1772) is available (for a small fee - message for details). There is one charger shared between two units. Public transportation: 60 second walk to the bus stop (Boston, Somerville and Cambridge) and only 1 mile to Davis Square Red Line Subway and 0.7 miles to the Medford/Tufts Green Line stop We have exterior only security cameras for the safety of both our guests and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever. Absolutely no smoking inside or near open exterior doors - there is a $250 fee if this is violated. Tampering with the WIFI connection is prohibited
