New house in a peaceful and family-friendly environment close to the beach The space We offer you this pretty house ideally located, in a quiet and residential street, 200 m from the beach and one of the most beautiful golf courses on the flowery coast. For your convenience, we have obtained a 4* furnished tourism ranking. On the ground floor, the living room of more than 35 m2, bathed in light, opens wide to the enclosed garden (garden furniture and dining area). The kitchen is fully equipped and the comfortable lounge area will encourage you to relax (Wifi, multiple channels and radio) . You will also find a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a shower room, toilets and a laundry area (washer-dryer). The ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Upstairs, two bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 and 2 beds 90x200) including one of more than 20 m2 with a space dedicated to teleworking. One bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The house and all its equipment (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, washer-dryer, etc.)are new. We have also made sure to equip the beds with new and quality bedding. The bed and towels will be provided (the beds will be made upon your arrival).
