Close to Gunstock (5 minute drive) as well as within an hour of Loon, Waterville, and more. The space Our condo unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for guests (1st and 2nd floor). Full kitchen, living and dining area, screened porch, outdoor deck area as well as a grassy area with dedicated grill to the unit. Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit, the three-season porch, the deck area, and the grassy area with a grill that belongs to the unit. Other things to note We are a 5-minute walk to the lake, pool, and tennis courts. We have private back area with a deck and grassy area with dedicated grill.
