A Roku-enabled TV is located in the secondary bedroom. THIRD BEDROOM: Off the hallway, you will find a third bedroom with a queen-size bed, side tables, and a closet. FOURTH BEDROOM: At the front of the house you will find a large fourth bedroom with a daybed, two closets, lots of shelving, and a sitting area equipped with a lounge chair, dresser, and Roku-enabled TV. HALLWAY BATHROOM: You will find a full bathroom off the hallway with a tub/shower combo and a large vanity. You will find enough towels stocked for everyone in the house. INDOOR SPACES: The left hallway that leads to the primary suite houses your full-size washer and dryer as well as a private door to the backyard. The dining room has a large family-style table with seating for up to 8. The breakfast room also has a small table with seating for 4 along with a full-size china hutch with internal lighting. The kitchen includes a bartop with seating for 4. The kitchen also features a large walk-in pantry, full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffe maker, and oven. The house is fully-stocked with the essentials such as dishware, cookware, cupware, and silverware and the plethora of seating provides an inviting and comfortable space ready for your large gathering. The back patio is a large concrete space with a privacy wall and outdoor seating, a firepit is nearby in the grass, and you will find a pathway to a wood deck surrounded by mature trees in the back yard. The large amount of space in the back yard allows you plenty of room to run around and enjoy the southern Texas sky yet in the middle of the city with all amenities and delivery services at your fingertips. Guest access The storage structures are inacessible and locked and one closet off the hallway is locked. The entire property is otherwise accessible to guests. Other things to note There are two metal gates at the front entry that can be manually opened and closed. There are chickens in the enclosure located in the backyard, and when they are laying freah egss, feel free to grab some out of the laying boxes. Registration number BR240026
