This is a private room and bathroom ready to be yours. We have a nice queen size bed with an 50 inch RoKu TV with all necessary streaming apps. The house is in a new subdivision and newly built so everything is brand new. You have access to the kitchen and living room, please clean up after yourself while in the living room area as the couch and carpet are new. This is a nonsmoking home. FYI: I do stay Iive here as well, but I’m barely home.
