The space The Miners Cottage is a quaint 110 year old newly renovated duplex that lets you experience the history of Historic Helper with modern conveniences. You will enter the Miner Cottage #20 via the back door and SMART LOCK. Parking is available right next to the house on the south side. There is also first come first serve parking in the lot behind the house. Guest access Guests can access the entire main floor, living space. There is a basement that is only for heating and water systems.
