This home is on a 5 acre farm on a dead end paved road. Just 5 miles from Kootenai Health. Close to stores, restaurants, health and exercise centers, theaters, bike paths, Silverwood Theme Park, and zip lining above Lake Coeur d'Alene. There are security cameras outside @ ext. doors. We are offering nightly & monthly rates. This is a quiet home. No children allowed. If you are a smoker, please choose other accommodations. One of our grandchildren is extremely allergic to 2nd hand smoke residue. The space This room is in a beautiful newly remodeled home with nightly, weekly, and monthly rates. Each room is allowed shared use of the kitchen, pantry, refrigerator, dining area, living room, utility room, and office area. Guest access This room shares a full bathroom and a half bathroom with 2 other rooms. There is a fully furnished kitchen, beautiful living and dining areas, and an office area that are shared. High speed internet too.We usually greet guests when they arrive. The last four digits of your phone number followed by the # sign will be your home entry code. The last four digits of your phone number followed by the ✔️ symbol will be your bedroom entry code. We don't allow smoking anywhere on our property. We have grandchildren that visit that are highly allergic to second hand smoke. We have had guests that come in wreaking of cigarette smoke and throw their stinking clothes on our beds, on our appolstered chairs, on our carpet, etc. If you are a smoker, please find other accommodations.
