Owner occupies the main bedroom located at the rear of the unit with her own half bath. The unit is the furthest unit from the parking lot so foot traffic is minimal. It is on the ground floor, so occasional footsteps can be heard from neighbor above. This is in the center of town, so there is street noise outdoors. Other things to note PETS: There is no lawn in the backyard so dogs must be walked to relieve themselves. You’ll feel safe walking your dog any time, day or night, in this neighborhood. There is a park across the street. Cats will love the backyard but trees make it possible to escape, so guests must be comfortable with their exploration. Litter must be swept instead of vacuumed because it gums up the machine. CHILDREN: There is no fence around the koi pond. The pond is stepped, so an older child would be able to get out easily, but it is four feet deep in the center.
