There is a king sized bed upstairs overlooking the lake and the other 3 bedrooms have queen beds. Bathroom and kitchen is a bit dated however you will find new mattresses, linens and towels. Country Club amenities include a friendly bar and restaurant, beach and dock access, tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds and golf course Other things to note Our home is located within a gated country club community. You will have full access to beach and outdoor amenities. The home owners association charges a $200 fee to cover use of these spaces which I have included in your booking costs. Additionally, you can bring your boat and use the boat ramps and tie up at my dock or the buoys just past the dock. The HOA charges $125 for boat access which is not included in your booking costs. Boats and trailers may not be left at the boat ramps overnight. We found out the hard way there are really big fines for that. Per HOA rules we cannot allow any pets
