Parker's Place+Cottage is a 4 bed, 4 bath home located on a private working ranch. It has been professionally decorated with one of a kind antiques, furnishings, and original oil paintings. At over 3,000 square feet, our spacious open layout is designed to accommodate families, groups of friends, and private gatherings. You'll enjoy a large, well stocked kitchen perfect for large dinners and groups to hang out in. There are two entertainment rooms with NETFLIX, Disney+, Hulu and ESPN. We also have the highest internet speed available with WIFI throughout. Enjoy our indoor gas Fireplace, and Board Games. Complimentary tea/coffee and laundry pods in our laundry room. Every bedroom has amazing views of the valley! The master suite and second bedroom with en-suite bathroom are both on the bottom level. French doors lead right out to the hot tub! Picture enjoying a glass of wine in the hot tub while watching the sun go down. The third bedroom is located upstairs. This over-sized room has a its own entertainment area and balcony. The detached Cottage is linked to the main house via a wisteria trellis. It features a spacious living room w/ TV and kitchenette, a full bathroom, and bedroom. It also has its own wifi! BACKYARD: An entertainer's paradise! The huge backyard with boutique vineyard has jaw dropping views. Ample patio seating, grill area, fire pit, grassy area, vineyard, chicken coop and hot tub are all available to you! The ranch is situated on over 150 acres and hiking trails are right outside our backdoor! Guests are welcome to follow the trail going up to the top of the ridge for a dramatic 360 degree view! Local wildlife includes quail, wild turkeys, owls, deer, horses, and cattle.
