VERY Private camper on a 5 acre pond. The camper is located about .5 miles away from the campground on a private road. The camper is fully equipped with hot running water, heat, lights, fully stocked kitchen and sheets/pillows. Outside shower. The camper sleeps 1-2 guest. There's a outhouse compost toilet 75' from the camper or you can use the vault toilets at the campground. Fire pit, picnic table and charcoal grill. NO ELECTRICITY, WIFI or Cell service. The camper is very secluded on its own private 40 acre parcel. The pond is approximately 5 acres and is seasonal, the water levels fluctuate based on the winter snow fall and spring rains. The camper is a small area with a wash room, no toilet, small kitchen with almost everything you need and a full size bed. Water consumption is recommended. There is 55 gallons for military type showers and dishes. Hot outside shower, charcoal grill, fire ring and outside chairs. NO WIFI and limited cell service throughout the area. You will need to bring blankets and pillows, bath towels as well as charcoal and lighter fluid. The road to the camper is somewhat rough for approximately 1 city block. Low profile vehicles can navigate the road with caution and very slow speeds. The shower is outside and works great but at times the bugs maybe a problem to some individuals. We recommend showering during the afternoon when its the hottest time of day. Keep your food inside the camper or your car at night and while your away for the day to avoid issues with wild life.
