The space The home has an updated kitchen fully stocked to meet any chef’s needs, and island seating for 3. Dining area has an expandable table to seat up to 8. The first floor great room has a comfortable family gathering area with cableTV, Wifi and fireplace. Step outside the main living area to a fully screened in deck overlooking Lake Kai, complete with outdoor ceiling fan, privacy drapes, and cocktail lights. Bedroom #1 and #2 are also located on the first floor, ideal for those that do not want to go up and down stairs. Bedroom #1 (king) with nice sized closet space and smart TV, has an ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower. Bedroom #2 (queen) also has nice sized closet space. There is another ¾ bathroom with a shower and an additional powder room on the first floor. Take a walk upstairs to 3 additional bedrooms (Bedroom #3 with a queen bed, Bedroom #4 with 2 sets of full sized bunkbeds, and Bedroom #5 with a queen bed). Also on the second floor is a full bath with a shower/bathtub combo. The 2nd floor has a “Work From Home” area complete with desk and chair. Down to the lower level you’ll find a full laundry room with washer & dryer and additional ¾ bathroom with shower. Also, there is a big family room with large flat screen smart TV, foosball table, and a wet bar with mini fridge, sink, and island seating for 3-4 with extra chairs in lower level storage. The lower level walks out to the covered patio area with cocktail lights, grill, seating, firepit, and outdoor heater. New paver patio in 2024 provides a great space to relax and enjoy the view! Around the back of the house to your left you’ll find an outdoor shower area to rinse off the sand from the beach. Parking for 2-3 cars at the home. Additional parking a short 1 minute walk away. Out the back gate, walk down the newly constructed boardwalk to the small beach area & and new clubhouse/cafe on Lake Kai or walk down Beachwalk Lane to the Lake Michigan access point at Sheridan Beach, Stop 7 where you’ll find some of the best beaches around! The Beachwalk community amenities include two fishing piers (catch & release), a heated outdoor main pool, kiddie pool, splashpad (NEW in Spring 2022), basketball court (NEW in 2021), beach volleyball, tennis/pickleball court, NEW in 2021 activity center (kayaks, paddleboards, peddleboats, shuffleboard, bocce ball, etc), NEW in June 2023 kids playground, hiking trails, and park area included for use during your stay, seasonally. There is overflow parking down the street, 1 min walk away, for any additional cars. All cars will require a parking pass, please let me know how many cars so I can provide enough parking passes.
