Located in a safe and pretty neighborhood with parks, restaurants, and stores nearby, we have tried our best to incorporate technology with warmth and creativity for your comfort. Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space! The space The pictures say it all! We thank you for caring for the apartment and keeping it clean :) - A key will be provided when you arrive. You will be able to use this to come and go as you please during your stay. We live with our pets upstairs and you will have your complete privacy. Please note the house has wooden floors and no carpeting so do expect to hear footsteps and movement from upstairs during regular hours! Check in: 3PM Check out: 11AM We may be able to accommodate early check in with prior notice. - Sleeping arrangements for up to 3 guests: 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed. A twin mattress is available if needed for additional guest - No smoking or loud parties please. - No outsiders allowed on the property. - Free parking for 1-2 cars in the driveway. if you need 2 spots plz let us know so we can make arrangements. - Free wifi, TV, a comfortable reading chair, a table for laptop and/or dining. - The bedroom has a very comfortable queen size mattress on a beautiful Floyd platform bed. Apart from tons of outlets all over the apartment, the bedside table with plug-in USB and electric outlets for your convenience. Plenty of closet space with hangers. Extra pillows and bedlinen available. A twin size air mattress is available if needed. - Beautiful modern kitchen has a breakfast nook, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and filtered water dispenser for hot/cold water. (We try to be environment friendly, hence don't believe in having stocks of small water bottles.) Cabinets hold plates/glasses/coffee mugs/cutlery and cookware. We have also provided essentials you may need including breakfast cereal, olive oil/salt pepper/some condiments. For those interested in baking, there is a stand/hand mixer and bakeware. feel free to use them! - Full bath with standing shower. Bath and hand towels are available. Some toiletries including hairdryer, toothpaste/toothbrushes, moisturizer are kept in the bathroom closet if you need them. - There are some games and puzzles for your entertainment as well.. Feel free to enjoy them! - Backyard access upon request. Gym equipment in the garage/poolhouse could be available. Ask us about it. Please note: The house has wooden floors, no carpet. An energetic toddler and a dog live upstairs so please expect sounds during REGULAR hours. For long term stays of >14 days, there will be a $25/week or $100/month fee for utilities which include electricity, water, heat, trash. I will send u a fee request for this after booking. Before check-out: Please wash the used dishes and take out the trash. There are garbage bins in the driveway. Put used towels/hand towels in the washer.. you don't need to run it! :) Guest access Guests will have the suite to themselves. You will also have access to the shared laundry located outside their door with prior communication. Access to backyard also available at request. Other things to note Long stay (>5 days) are comfortable for 2 persons with or without a pet. Please let us know if you are bringing a dog. We have a very loving dog and an old cat of our own and would love to accommodate and make arrangements so that the pets are all safe. Your communication and co-operation would be very appreciated. Also please avoid letting your pets on the bed. If you plan to do so, please bring a pet blanket along to put on the sheets. Not all our guests are pet-lovers so lets be mindful!
