Convenient off street parking for 2 vehicles directly in front of the cabin. The miners cabin is a stand alone structure. There is an enclosed breezeway at the rear of the property connecting the miners cabin to the main home. This enclosed area allows passage between the two houses during the winter months. The enclosed area is locked off on both ends giving both houses lots of privacy. Other things to note Rico is a high Mountian town. We are located 8827 feet above sea level. In the winter snow storms can move in quickly. 4 wheel/All-Wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended when visiting during the winter months from November to April. Just so you know, while we do our best to keep the path to the outdoor sauna clear, however you may need to remove some snow to access it, especially between storms.
