It gives you the freedom and convenience when you want to avoid the hassles of finding parking spaces while going to town or nearby colleges. Most of bus services are free in Amherst area. The condo has the coin-operated laundry in the common basement or if you prefer there are also laundromats nearby. The space This is a two story condo with a nice view of trees. Simply sitting next to the windows and enjoying the peaceful morning or afternoon with a cup of tea or coffee…bring some of your favorite books to read Guest access The apartment has a number of storage spaces. Some are meant for the guest to use. Others are used for the maintenance and some kitchen materials are locked. Access to a laundry facility is available with a key. There are several laundromats close by as well if preferred. Other things to note You must be over age of 23 to book our condo. Please note: No early check in and luggage dropoff/storage. The capacity of this condominium sleeps only four. That being said, we will not accept your booking if group of guests were more than four. We only host one group of guests at a time, maximum four people. It violates Airbnb rules and policy when arriving at the property at anytime with more or different guests than what are on your reservation. Please book for the correct number of guests so that we can arrange a room suitable for your number of guests.
