Located on 5 acres of serene forest, this tiny home is a part of Dr. Ira’s retreat center. It features 1 small bedroom, 1 artisan bathroom, kitchen, living room and an upper attic with queen mattress and windows all around, including skylights. During your stay you will have an option to book one of the healing experiences designed especially for Airbnb stays, including use of our Forest Spa. Please ask for the "Healing Menu" to learn more. The space "Encounterland" is a small meditation and retreat center where individuals and couples come to drop deeper into their bodies and hearts and reconnect with each other. This place is amazing for nature bathing, self-retreats, artist-retreats and reset. Entire neighborhood resembles a park where you can take a walk, drive to local farms, orchards, hikes, lake, river and wineries. The Little Cottage can accommodate 2 couples at max or 1 couple with 2 kids. Children toys and books can be provided upon request. You will also have access to the trampoline, tire swing, sandbox, forest spa (as additional optional service). With big windows overlooking the forest and attic that features skylights it is a paradise for nature lovers. You will have a comfort of the cozy home with modern amenities, yet feeling like you are in the fairy tale cabin in the woods 🥰 Guest access Guests are welcome to take a walk in the forest, use trampoline, tire swing, treetop yoga deck and sandbox. Please note that this rental is for tiny home only. There is a Main house next to it that is also available for rental. GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Once a week we take garbage out. You do not have to worry about it - there is a helper who will do it for you. But please make sure there is no overflow and that garbage is sorted in appropriate bins: recycling (big bin with blue lid), garden and food waste (round black bin) and general garbage (smaller bin with black lid). Absolutely no overflows 🙏 (it endangers wildlife and will result in $50 overflow fee) WASHER AND DRYER: Even though officially not included in this rental, main house’s laundry room may be available upon request if it works with guests in the main house. WOODEN HOT TUB AND SAUNA: You may be able to use our wounderful woodburning sauna and wooden soaking hot tube. They are an incredible treat. However, please 🙏 check prior to your booking if these are available during your stay 🙏 (they are occasionally down for maintenance). Please make sure you wash yourself first before entering hot tub. Hot tub and sauna are shared with the main house. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking inside the home or on premises. Pets accomodation might be possible - please check before booking. Pet fee applies.
