Nestled on a long and very fishable stretch of Clear Creek, the scene is relaxing and the perfect getaway for a couple or a small family. It's always warm, always welcoming and always bright! The back yard is huge - but often covered in snow. Regardless, the setting is serene. The highway noise is present - I have lived in this house for many years and I promise, it does not bother even the lightest sleeper. This space is constantly updated and there are some rough edges that come along with the 200 year old charm. If you are looking for ultra-moderm in a rustic shell, this is NOT the place for you. If you enjoy the history and the story that a house can tell - this space has been occupied continuously since the Silver rush!! This is quite possibly the perfect marriage between modern necessities and a truly rustic experience. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, the backyard and the creek that runs through it. Parking available for 2 cars in the driveway.
