Reading nook and massage chair tucked away in a cozy corner. Two bedrooms; One with a King-sized bed and the second with a queen and full-sized bed. A large sectional with additional blankets/pillows/towels is available to sleep one more for a total of 8 guests. One bathroom with stand alone shower that is accessible from the living room. Covered outdoor patio that overlooks the lake and leads directly onto the trails/frisbee golf course. Pool and hot tub are on the side of the house. Guest access *This property consists of 3 separate listings each with their own private space and private entrances. Detached guest house, bottom floor, and top 2 floors (locked door separates bottom floor from top 2 floors). Unless you book all 3 listings (can be done at the same time here: airbnb dot com/h/privatepool-hottub-lake ), you will potentially be sharing the outdoor space with other guests. *Normal volume of living such as babies crying, conversations, TV, etc may be excepted. To help offset this we ask that quiet time begins promptly from 10P-8A to be respectful of neighbors and other potential guests. *This property is the bottom floor of the house with it's own private entrance and has a locked door between it and the floor above. This property is connected to the Lake, frisbee golf, and miles of trail. Rules: *I have had other listings closed down due to guests not adhering to the rules. Therefore, the following rules are strictly enforced with a minimum $250 penalty for each violation of the rules below. *Quiet time is from 10P to 8A. *No house parties. *Pool/Hot Tub will be closed 10P-8A. *No pets are allowed. Please do not ask. Cleaners have severe allergies and it inevitably creates more time to clean/disinfect. $250/day added to your stay + any additional cleaning costs required *No smoking indoors. *Select the accurate count of guests upon booking. Only paying guests are allowed on the property. *Check in is at 4P, check out 10A. Cleaners will most likely arrive right at checkout time as they have a short window to get everything ready for the next guests. If they have to wait at all, $50 will be assessed right away. For every 15 minute interval after that, $25 will be assessed. Asking for late check out or early check in can create a lot of extra coordination of schedules. If it works schedule-wise and with previous approval, early check ins/late checkouts will be assessed at $50. *Tampering or breaking any electronics, furniture, or appliances = $250 + any cost to replace/fix. *Theft = $250 + any cost to replace/fix *We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
