Full kitchenette, custom walk-in shower, and comfortable modern living space. Please note that sleeping accommodations are primarily on 2nd level with lower ceiling heights, yet bathroom is on 1st. The space Very clean, modern touch, and a great place to stay while away from home. Host is on-site, although not intrusive. We love this space! We recently began renting it out through Airbnb and could not believe the interest and bookings that took place the first month. The space turned out beautiful and we have received glowing reviews from all of our initial guests. We are a non-smoking family with young children so do ask that ALL guests adhere to our no indoor smoking policy. Guest access Private guest pool house. Shared drive (please be cautious!). Semi-private back yard area for guest. Back yard is large and we do our best to ensure the comfort and privacy of guests. The right half of our back yard is designated for guests during their visit. Other things to note Smoking, of any kind, is not allowed inside. There is a designated outdoor area for smoking in the backyard.
