The space Welcome to The GOAT – one of three Airbnb properties on our scenic Texas hill country estate, located on the opposite end from our primary residence for your ultimate privacy and tranquility. Designed and built with care, The GOAT harmonizes with the natural beauty of our unique property, creating a modern retreat that embraces the outdoors. This spacious two-story house boasts over 1,000 square feet of living space, including 500+ square feet of outdoor amenities. Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms and two baths. Two of the bedrooms feature king beds—one on each floor—while the third is a versatile flex space with a daybed and trundle, complete with access to the deck. The upstairs bath is a luxurious escape, showcasing stunning marble walls, a large freestanding tub, and two expansive picture windows. The well-equipped kitchen centers around a beautiful 8-foot stone peninsula that comfortably seats five and opens to the living area and patio, making it the perfect gathering spot. Step outside to enjoy al fresco dining at the patio table, complete with a convenient pass-through window to the kitchen. For outdoor fun, there’s a tetherball court, a pergola with six swings, and a cozy firepit—perfect for relaxing evenings. Guest access The Hive is our charming tiny house, accommodating 2-5 guests. Nestled on the property, it offers a unique and cozy experience. The Schoolie is our friend's school bus where they live most days! They have 3 young girls and enjoy the outside. Please respect the privacy of other guests during your stay. Our long term guests are located on the opposite side of the property, but if you see them around, feel free to ask any questions or for recommendations—they are always happy to help! Beyond that, we encourage you to explore and enjoy the entirety of the property. Other things to note We designed and built this home ourselves and take great pride in it. Recently, we updated the interior with fresh paint, revamped the exterior, and added more table games for your enjoyment.
