Downstairs living room with fireplace and sleeper sofa and standard sofa, chairs.. Upstairs in the 3 rd floor loft we have another living room maybe for the kids to hang out with a sleeper sofa and sofa and chairs and TV. The Kitchen has a long table to seat 8 and another 4 at at the island counter. all new appliances with gas range, microwave, dishwasher, full size side by side fridge. Three bedrooms have queen size beds and the 4th bedroom has two sets of twin size bunk beds.On the 2nd floor there is Laundry, a Master bath and Jack & Jill bath. We also have an outdoor shower! There are decks on all 3 floors with incredible views. The sunsets are unbelievable. You will never want to leave. Please bring your own linens and towels. Guest access Access to the full house and boat dock. Guest beach passes available. Other things to note This is a brand-new beautiful home on the bay beach with boat dock in Monterey Beach. Preferred rental is Saturday arrival one week minimum. $6500. Guest beach passes are available. $200 cleaning fee. From April 1st. to October 31st. are weekly rentals only, Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday only. Winter rentals are monthly only.
