You will enjoy easy access to Mohican State Park. Ohio’s #1 rated Mountain Bike trail is just down the road. Hiking trails less than a mile away. The Village of Loudonville and Canoeing activities are 6 miles. Berlin is a 45 minute drive. Snow Trails Ski Resort is about 15-20 minutes from the Cottage. The Cottage is centrally located between Mansfield, Ashland, MT. Vernon and Wooster. We are about 1 to 1.5 hours from Cleveland and Columbus depending on where in these areas you are driving to. The space This single story cottage with one parking space only. The cottage is located to the right of our home. We are situated next to beautiful Mohican State Park. With hiking and mountain bike trails just a short distance from the property. We try to provide all the comforts of home. The cottage is also just a short drive away from many local activities!!! Like canoeing and putt-putt golf. We boast Wide doorways and no steps or stairs making the whole space handicapped friendly. Our Cottage is suitable for 2 adults and one to two children. Please note we have not child proofed the cottage. There is a pack-n-play, a fouton couch and a rollaway bed available but they are not designed for a large adult. Please let us know if you will need these amenities. Please also register anyone over the age of 17 as there is a fee for more than 2 adult guests staying at the Cottage. We also need notice for more than 2 guests so that there are enough linens out. We encourage you to unplug and unwind. We do offer internet with the log in information provided in our information binder. There are no cable or tv services available and you must use your own streaming information. Please also feel free to use the vast collection of DVDs available for your use on the 55 inch smart tv. We do live in the larger house to the left of the cottage on the property and encourage you to reach out with any questions or problems you may have. Also the end of the house closest to the cottage is vacant and only used for storage so please do not think you will be bothering anyone. Guest access You will have access to the entire cottage and our 3 acres. If you would like to walk about the property please also feel free to do so. But, before you go exploring please us know so we can inform you of the property lines are. There is no hunting on our property but the State Park is right here. We do live in the larger house on the property. But don’t worry we will respect your privacy and need for relaxation. Other things to note There is only one parking space available For the Cottage. You will find a sign designating the spot to park. Absolutely NO smoking or Vaping inside the cottage and there will be an extra fee of $100 if we find you have smoked or vaped in the cottage. If you are a smoker you may smoke outside and we can provide a container as we would appreciate cigarette buts not be thrown in the yard. Please let us know if you need a container for cigarette buts as I would appreciate you not even take the buts in the cottage. We do live on the property also so please let us know if you need anything and we will try to accommodate. Because we have Starlink for our WiFi Occasionally the WiFi will be blocked because of satellite positioning causing disruption. It usually only lasts for 30 seconds.
