This special place will fit a maximum of 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Enjoy the most spectacular sunsets from the balcony right in the water. Walking distance from town and restaurants. The space Kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay. A/C in all the rooms. The master room has a Queen Bed. The other rooms have bunk beds. Shared parking for a maximum of 3 cars per unit. Maximum number of guests: 6. However, the house can accommodate 2 additional guests in another room for an extra fee of $50 per person per night. Full linen, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided for all guests. Beach towels not provided. One boat no longer than 23’ allowed. No diving from balcony! Guest access House has private parking but is shared with the neighbor. Two lanes of parking that fit 3 cars in each lane. Only 3 cars allowed for each house. Additional cars and boat trailers must park outside the property. There is plenty of parking in the vicinity. However, long weekends gets crowded. Other things to note The property or structure has 2 independent villas, each with its own entrance, rooms, kitchen, baths and balcony. Only the parking and dock are shared. Neighbor is a good friend of the family for over 50 years. Please note that the other villa is also rented through airbnb and we are not responsible for their good manners; however, both owners are always in contact if any situation should arise.
