Peaceful and centrally- located home Perfect place for time away to relax with friends and family while exploring Catskills and The Hudson Valley.   Centrally located, just 20 minutes to Woodstock, Hudson, and Hunter Mountain. Fifteen minutes from Catskill town. Few minutes drive to local supermarket, Hannaford.   Short drive to local hikes and lakes. Guest access Key in Lockbox. Other things to note Pool is over the ground 18x48 round, with a small deck.  It gets lots of sun in the daytime. It is surrounded by trees and there are sometimes leaves in water and possibly bugs.  There is a leaf skimmer pole by the pool. ***Pool is now closed.   Use of the pool is under your discretion. Please be safe.   Kitchen appliances are a little old but, everything works. New Refrigerator.   Ticks/Bugs: Please note that if you plan to spend time outdoors ticks/bugs are part of country living in Upstate NY.   Well water with whole house filtration system.
