The space Step back in time into this 1790 Samuel Perley Farm, part of a Land Grant from the King of England . Home to some of the first English settlers in this amazing area. Original rooms, woodwork and features, preserved with care with modern conveniences tenderly added by current owner. The farm sits 40 acres of rural fields and woods, and original post and beam barns. Guest access Guests have access to the bedroom, full private bathroom , a hallway sitting room, shared living room, sun room and front porch. The kitchen is primarily for host family, as no meals are served. (refrigerator space is available and coffee, tea and water as well ). The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have beautiful fireplaces that are not in use, but can be enjoyed . The second floor is the host’s family private quarters. I will meet you at the door, show you to your room, the bathroom, living room, other shared spaces and where things are located etc. Come on in and make yourself comfortable. I can tell you good locations to see, to find dinner or take out, to hike, swim or just sit. I am happy to chat or to not chat! Your preference.
