Relax and rejuvenate in our rustic waterfront cabin on the shores of beautiful Lake Champlain. Swim, fish, boat or just relax and enjoy the spectacular views and soft breeze. We have 2 kayaks, a canoe and a row boat with life jackets available and a dock for guests. Play golf, tennis or pickle ball, locally. 35 min. to the heart of the Adirondack High Peaks for hiking enthusiasts. Approx. 1 hour drive to Lake Placid and Whiteface Mountain or visit Fort Ticonderoga to enjoy some history. The space Our cozy and well maintained cabin has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a well-appointed kitchen, and an open living/dining area overlooking the lake. A large, airy outdoor shower will start or end your day in the Adirondack frame of mind. The cabin has a large yard with a hammock, 100 feet of water frontage and a dock for swimming/fishing. Bring your boat and use our mooring or dock at the nearby Indian Bay Marina for $2.00 a foot per day. The Willsboro Bay State boat launch is another option just 2 miles away. Several dining options are also available locally. Guest access Guests are welcome to access and use all of the house, yard and water frontage as well as the dock. The dock is put in the water at some point during the month of June and taken out at the end of August/beginning of September. Garage and shed will remain locked as they contain personal belongings, tools and maintenance machinery. Other things to note Guests may want to bring extra beach towels and water shoes.
